We at Masseria Mozzone have been committed to carrying out research and tradition for years, taking care of the 16,000 olive trees that surround our territory. The oil produced is only quality EVO oil, the result of a complex work that requires passion, experience and a complicit relationship with nature.
In Masseria we take care of the oil production cycle by scrupulously controlling all stages. Our production is extensive and includes different types of oil depending on the type of olive used.
Mainly we divide our oils between monovarietal and blend, depending on whether or not they are produced with olives of the same quality. To better understand the different types and qualities of oil at our masseria you can taste the various types through specialized oil tastings.
Another way to discover and taste our oil is to stop for dinner in the masseria, our kitchen at KM 0 will put on the table all our products making traditional dishes, strictly accompanied by our EVO oil.
